ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
Please allow 2-3 business days* processing time from the time that you place your order in addition to shipping time.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
United States Postal Service (USPS) takes approximately 4-14 business days for delivery from the time the order has shipped. (Standard Shipping)
Delivery expectations take effect after your order has shipped, not from the time you place your order.
RETURN POLICY
Please note that all books can be returned for 14 days, long as the item is in the same condition when purchased.
After 14 days returns are subject to prior approval.

BOOK CONDITION GUIDELINES
NEW AND USED CONDITION
Please note:
The books listed in our categories are as described or in better condition than described.
The photos / images provided for each used book listing are actual photos of the book that you are considering, we do not use stock photos for books.
For books that are brand new from the publisher, we use the image of the cover provided by the publisher.
For CDs we use both stock photos or actual images..
New:
A brand-new copy with cover and / or original protective wrapping (dust jacket) intact (if applicable).
Used - Like New:
A book that looks new but has been read. Cover has no visible wear, and the dust jacket (if applicable) is included for hard covers.
Used - Very Good:
Item may have minor cosmetic defects (marks, wears, cuts, bends, crushes) on the cover, spine, pages or dust cover. Item may contain remainder marks on outside edges, which is noted in the listing comments.
Used - Good:
All pages and cover are intact. Cover or dust jacket (if applicable) may have some wear, creases, minor tears, etc. Spine may show signs of wear. Pages may include limited notes and highlighting. May include "From the library of (Ex-Libris)" labels. Dust jacket / dust cover or boxed set case may be missing, which is noted in the listing comments. .
Used - Fair / Acceptable:
All pages and the cover are intact, but dust covers, or boxed set case may be missing. Pages may include notes, highlighting, or minor water damage but the text is readable.
